SystemLEAD is a leadership development program designed to give participants broad exposure to the competencies necessary to be a successful leader in our system. Over a nine month program, key competencies for leadership will be used to increase the knowledge, skills, abilities, and behaviors for participants aspiring to a leadership role. Internships at DBHDS Central Office

The Central Office of DBHDS is always looking for qualified interns who want to learn about the administration, policy making, and program development and implementation aspect of behavioral health and developmental services. There are many disciplines that are associated with the kind of work done at Central Office. However, we do not offer clinical internships. There is no guarantee that there is a current internship opening, but we will do our best to identify a mutually beneficial experience for you and our team.
